These are the “best” ghazals sung by Jaggit Singh and Chitra Sing under the “best direction” with solid disipline and commitment which urdu ghazal demands. These ghazals sung by the couple will last and remembered for a very very long time, perhaps, till the urdu language (litrature) understood. Hats off to the great Gulzar Sahab and his team and ofcourse for the role NS has played as Mirza Ghalib. I would also like to see somthing similiar about “Mir Taqi Mir, Mira Bai and Hazrat Amir Khusro” who were also the great poets of this country.
